Fall Catering in Massachusetts:
Football Parties, Pig Roasts & Easy Fall Gatherings

Fall in New England means people are getting together again. Friday night football, Saturday tailgates, Patriots games on Sunday, backyard parties, company outings, neighborhood gatherings and youth sports weekends all start filling up the calendar.
Most of these events have something in common: they’re casual. Nobody needs a plated dinner while watching the game. They need really good food, plenty of it, and a setup that doesn’t require the host to spend the afternoon in the kitchen.
That’s where we come in.
Football Is Back. Let Us Feed the Crowd.
A football party should involve watching football, not missing half the game because you’re cooking for 25 people.
For most game-day gatherings, pickup or drop-off catering is all you need. Order the BBQ, wings, sandwiches, appetizers, sides and everything else your crowd will actually want to eat. Pick it up from Sir Loin or have us bring it to you. Put it out, turn on the game and enjoy your own party.
It works whether you’re having 10 or 15 friends over or feeding a much bigger crowd. And if your game-day plans have grown from a few people around the TV into a full-blown event, we have a few ideas for that too.
Want to Go Big? Let’s Do a Pig Roast.
People tend to think BBQ season ends with summer. We strongly disagree. Cooler afternoons, crisp evenings and a crowd of hungry people are pretty much perfect conditions for BBQ, and fall might be an even better time for a pig roast.
Pig roasts are great for big football parties, backyard celebrations, birthdays, company outings, reunions and neighborhood events. They feed a crowd, but they’re also part of the experience. There’s something about a whole pig roasting while everyone hangs out that makes a party feel like a party.
Or Bring in the Food Truck
For larger fall events, our Social Mobile Tavern gives you another option. The food truck works especially well for company outings, sports events, fundraisers and bigger parties where people aren’t all sitting down to eat at the same time.
We bring the kitchen to you, cook on-site and serve from the truck, so guests can grab their food when they’re ready and get back to the game, conversation or whatever else is going on. If you’re really going for it, Sir Loin’s mobile bar and tap options can bring the drinks too.
Fall Isn’t Just for Football
Some of our favorite fall events have absolutely nothing to do with what’s happening on a field. September and October are prime time for backyard birthdays, company outings, client appreciation events, neighborhood parties and casual get-togethers.
They’re also a great time to get the office together again after a summer of vacations and scattered schedules. Sir Loin caters corporate lunches and events throughout MetroWest and Central Massachusetts, whether you need lunch dropped at the office or want to bring the whole team outside for something bigger.
Pick It Up, Have It Delivered or Let Us Handle the Whole Thing
Not every party needs full-service catering, which is why we offer different ways to do it. Having friends over for the Patriots game? Pick up your food. Want one less thing on your list? Have us deliver it. Planning a big fall party, company outing or pig roast? Let us handle the whole thing.
After more than 25 years of catering events around Massachusetts, we know the best setup isn’t necessarily the biggest or fanciest one. It’s the one that fits the event.
Tell us how many people you’re feeding, what you’re planning and how much you want to handle yourself. We’ll help you figure out the rest.
Fall weekends go fast around here, so invite everybody over, put the game on and enjoy it. We’ll worry about feeding everyone.
